Black and White improved on everything that made Pokémon one of the best gaming franchises ever. Nintendo knew what they were doing when they took the series in its current direction. It was a stroke of genius to start appealing to the original fans by adding a complex competitive battle scene while still keeping the simplicity of the original games in order to made the game a relaxing and simple experience for newer and younger players. Despite a 10 year age difference this is a series of games that both me and my brother can enjoy.
