    5'8" and currently 154 lbs, working on getting down to at least 140.

    We'll see if a sixpack emerges at that point. Think I'd probably have to push a bit further though, don't have much muscle mass.

      Editing … Try #MyFitnessPal, it's a massive help for keeping an eye on your diet. Get your macros right, you should be eating 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat.       Editing … 5'6'' and generally about 126-8 lbs. I'm a noodle with no muscle whatsoever. I wouldn't mind being stronger, but I don't care about muscle mass and really don't mind being smaller than average; actually I think in some ways it might be preferable.

      Editing … Thanks man, i really just need to exercise again. When i lost that weight all i did was walking with a little running in between, cut out soda entirely and tried to stay under 2,000 a day. Nothing to hard i just have to stop being a lazy bitch.

      Editing … Cardio exercise is overrated, it's all about the diet. If you only want 2k calories make sure those calories are good ones or you'll feel hungry all the time. Eat oats for breakfast etc and get your macros right. If you need any help just gis a shout, I'm always happy to help if I can.
