    I've had to cut my calories from 2200 a day to 2000 since I now sit at a desk most of the day. I'm sad, I like my food.

    I will get a ripped 6 pack though, it's my goal and I will get there or die trying.

      Editing … Damn 14lbs. in a couple weeks sounds like you're holding alot of glycogen storage/water from probably a very high carb binge? Unless you just ate an insane amount of calories.

      Editing … Yeah, not the weekend just gone the one before I went a bit mental. My mother had a get together with party food and beer, I ended up taking the remaining food(a lot) to work the next day and binged again.

      Editing … I'm still impressed. You have way more discipline about this kind of thing than I do. I've never had a consistent exercise regimen. Luckily I eat pretty well and have a decently fast metabolism so I'm not overweight or anything but I have no muscle to speak of.

      Editing … Yea been there done that with the whole going crazy at the family party deal, and when I flip that switch to eating w/e I want, I go absolutely nuts haha. Sometimes you gotta live a little and cheat (or binge) and then afterwards you can get back on track.

I keep always trying to cheat myself though, I think "bollocks to the 6 pack, I@ll build massive muscle instead!" But if I change my goal just because the last bit is difficult I'll never achieve anything in life. I'll hit this 6 pack first, and then build.

      Editing … Yea exactly the last bit is the hardest part, I've never been below 10% bf because once I get around the 10-11% range I can't lift shit and at the end of the day I'm a powerlifter not a bodybuilder haha. Being big and having a 6 pack is extremely difficult and takes an enormous amount of dedication without being on gear. That being said, I still try to maintain a decent physique year round while gaining as much strength as possible.
