Thank goodness, the dungeons in the Persona sequel are now shown in a third-person perspective. Persona 2 improved upon the original in every single way. It had a much more fascinating story, a simpler battle system and impressive 2D drawings and 3D graphics at the time. 2 still isn't an easy game for newcomers to jump in, but it set the tone for the high-concept storyline quality of the later Persona games.
