Nice environments and combat, but I don't like the scenes, the stealth, or the puzzles. Endlessly rotating some wodden thing trying to make it look like a bird while an invincible man chases me and shouts corny dialogue is not my idea of fun. Since this game clearly took inspiration from indie games, I thought it was going to be artsy fartsy, but it makes RE4 look subtle, and the gameplay's just annoying. Plus I find it really stupid that you can die in the videos. How do you die in the past when you've already done stuff in the present and your character is watching the video? I'm aware it's a different character, it makes sense logically but in terms of structure/pacing, it's baffling.
