Editing … Dreamworks is such a mixed bag. They make one good movie every two or three terrible movies. I love How To Train Your Dragon, The Croods, Kung Fu Panda, and their early 2D stuff like Prince of Egypt and The Road to El Dorado. But then there's Turbo, Home, The Bee Movie, and Shark Tale...

Editing … I don't watch much of DreamWorks, but I like Kung Fu Panda more than any of the Pixar movies I've seen.

Editing … Dreamworks was great when they did their 2D stuff. Shrek was good for when it was released, but hasn't aged all that well imo. The rest are serviceable, but soulless flicks at best.

Editing … As far as I'm aware, Dreamworks only made four 2D films, two of which are held in poor regard, and one of the "good" ones is a whimsical fantasy musical where the "good guys" commit genocide. I'll stick with How to Train Your Dragon.

Editing … no memes though, I think Shrek 1 & 2 are two of the highest points in the entire animation genre. It's a wonder that Dreamworks nailed those two when they release so many films (in-between the occasional hit that they turn into a franchise) that we're ready to immediately forget.

Editing … I thought that El Dorado was decent and somewhat misunderstood. And not too memorable, compared to Shrek and that dragon thing. Then again, I always forget all the animated movies that come out these days. Except for Brave from Pixar. Screenplay written by the author of the Sam & Max comic book, Steve Purcell...
