Editing … Can't even get to a boot screen? If no one solves the problem, you could try installing a speaker into your motherboard (the speaker sends auditory feedback to tell you any boot-related issues. One beep means everything works fine. Two or three might mean your RAM isn't plugged in properly, and that would prevent your PC from turning on, as well. You'd have to find a manual somewhere online to translate. This is a really long parentheses comment)

Editing … If you're currently on a phone/tablet with USB host, you can just attach the USB stick to it, extract the Windows 10 ISO, dump all the files on the stick, and you're done. It's the magic of EFI-booting. If you still have access to a Windows PC, you can download some installation tool from the Microsoft website which does the exact same thing. But what you should really do is install RemixOS and use that. http://www.jide.com/remixos-for-pc Good luck.

Editing … I installed windows 10 onto USB via Microsoft's Media Creation tool, but after the download is completed the USB drive remains empty. There's nothing on it whatsoever. So naturally when I plug the usb stick into my alienware x51 after removing all HDDs it says "no bootable drive found".

Editing … @Gries He See, that's why I don't use applications like that. You coulda just extracted the ISO and drag 'n' dropped the files on there, and it would've booted fine on your PC as it's 64bit UEFI. Now it's probably created a different partition with the files that you can't easily access from within Windows because Windows sucks. Try formatting the stick and try again. You might also wanna make sure USB booting is turned on by default, and you have Secure Boot, CSM and all that other nonsense turned off. Arghhh, I hate UEFI systems. It's even worse when you're using a Mac Pro which has all sorts of non-standard hybrid BS. But I did manage to get 4 OSes selectable from a bootloader, so whatever. @Husky Wing PS4 Skyrim supports mods, foo'. And getting keyboard and mouse to work takes no effort at all.

Editing … PS4 Skyrim supports "mods." It can't utlize ANY custom assets, including textures, sounds, and scripts. This means that 99% of mods are not compatible with the system. I could mod in, say, godmode, but not much else at all. I've already modded SSE on PC, but not a single one of the mods I'm using would be compatible with the PS4 release.

Editing … Someone will probably try to mod in a full city into the PS4 release, using only in-game assets, but they won't be able to populate the city, as that would require the use of scripts.

Editing … Fine, then use a PC-based cloud service instead of PS4 Remote Play. Whatever it takes to not have to install Windows on your own device. Here's one that caters specifically to gamers that has an Android app: https://liquidsky.tv/ Problem solved.
