My phone keeps connecting and disconnecting from my home network, staying online for 3 seconds, offline for 3, repeat. This persists after turning it off and on again.

Editing … when I got my Samsung tablet it would keep disconnecting/reconnecting to my home network, I could still use internet and it worked pretty fine, but not good for watching YouTube or hitting submit on a forum post when it was disconnecting. Changing the wifi channel on my router fixed it and the tablet never had the issue ever again. (even though the router switched back later, it changes channel automatically apparently. I'm guessing the tablet just needed a solid connection just long enough to recognize/save the access point and after that it'll know to stay connected to it) In areas with lots of access points they all interfere with each other making them slow, if they share the same frequency, so changing channel helps a little. I used an apthat displays the a chart that shows all the access points and what channels they used and recommends which I should use. Anyway no idea if this relates to your problem or not but it's the closest thing that happened to me.
