Saved!NodleyEditing … I've had 2 car crashes in my 22 years driving. The first was 23 years ago, so doesn't count. I got a car ready to take lessons and pass but was young and took it out anyway. I hit a tree at 60mph and broke my brothers leg and totalled the car. The last time was about 3 years ago. A car pulled out in front of me at about 60mph again and I punted them 80 metres into a field. The police said if I was driving any other car but a Volvo I'd be dead. The woman passenger in the other car had to be cut out and airlifted to hospital. I initially went to help her but her hip was smashed and hanging out, it was way beyond my medical training.
