Saved!Retro WolfEditing … Sonic Mania uses the same formula as its counterparts but its incredibly similar to Nintendo's games in that regard. It includes redone stages but altogether forms a new game because of its new stages, music and bosses. It's definitely far from a remake, and more of a re-imagining of classic sonic.

So now they're gonna put him in every Sonic game, apparently. Milk that shit for all it's worth. I also hate how fake and poorly animated the sequence is at the beginning with Sonic leaping into the air. All his animations are ripped from previous installments. All his expressions are lame. Like "grrr eggman Ima get you for wat u did". We also can tell from the trailer it's shit boost Sonic gameplay all over again. Also token grimdark and serious.
