We rarely if ever bought strawberries, raspberries, blue berries or blackberries but we sometimes went out and picked them in the woods. I just love them so much. Raspberries are my fave because we had them in the garden and I would patiently wait for them to ripen and then I would pick them before anyone else could get their hands on them. I think every kid should have a berry bush. No childhood is complete without a berry bush or at least a “pick your own” experience once a year. Did you take her to a pick your own yet?
