The only fault this game has, is that it came out approximately 10 years too late. There are early 7th gen PSP games that are more impressive than #Mario & Luigi: Dream Team for crying out loud. But it's fun nevertheless - and that's what counts.

Editing … Have you played #Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga yet? That game is just amazing! I can't tell if it's better or worse than Dream Team because I never played the 3DS game but it definitely is better than #Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time and #Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

Editing … I've never thought of technical superiority as a factor towards what makes a fantastic game, but opinions i guess.

Editing … I've played the first one in the franchise on my Gameboy Micro, but lost interest in it after a few hours. M&L 2 and 3 are in my backlog, I'll get to them eventually. Right now I'm stuck in the second area of Dream Team (about 5-6 hours in) where Luigi gets cloned and you have to press a button as Mario while you're on top of a tower made out of Luigis.

Editing … "I've played the first one in the franchise on my Gameboy Micro, but lost interest in it after a few hours." HOW COULD YOU! You missed out on the best (portable) Mario RPG!

Editing … I lost interest in Superstar Saga as well. I loved it initally, but after a few hours I got sick of it for some reason. I've played some of Bowzer's Inside Story, and I like it alright, but I think I'm more of a Paper Mario guy myself. It still has a lot of that quirky humor, but it feels a bit more down to Earth and has more soul than the Mario and Luigi ones I think.

Editing … its no surprise considering the fact DS is mostly a glorified GBA, and the fact 3DS is mostly a glorified DS, and the fact that **the Mario & Luigi series started on GBA**

Editing … I really like DS/3DS. I haven't gotten into any GBA games. I like the GBC Zeldas and Dragon Warrior.

Editing … I love the M&L series. I thought this game was really overlooked even compared to the others, it's really inventive and fun. Every game finds a way to make it so you don't feel like you're playing the same thing all over again.

Editing … @Rockshard PhD, that doesn't even make sense. It's like saying "well the PS4 is basically a glorified PS1, so of course Final Fantasy XV is going to play and look like Final Fantasy VII, duh."

Editing … My nephew got it for me for Christmas. I enjoyed all the previous entries in the series, they're simplified RPG's with a lot of humor.
