Just finished bingeing over the past two days before it left Netflix. Good stuff, good stuff. Here's a favorite characters list:
    1. Jakuzure Nonon
    2. Mankanshoku Mako
    3. Senketsu
    4. Harime Nui
    5. Gamagori Ira
    6. Matoi Ryuko
    7. Kiryuin Satsuki
    8. Takarada Kaneo
    9. Sanageyama Uzu
    10. Iori Shiro

I mostly love Jakuzure because of her voice acting (Japanese version). It's absolutely perfect. Her snarky attitude is fun too, and her theme is probably in the top five tracks of the series (probably after Satsuki's, Nui's, and Ragyo's themes).

Editing … I stopped at episode 6. I loved the humor a whole lot, but I couldn't sit through another boring, drawn out battle sequence. I think my favorite episode may be the one where everyone was racing to get to school on time.

Editing … I like battle sequences when they're deliberately over-the-top like in this show.

Just finished watching Kill la Kill through for a second time after watching it while it was airing and it's still such a joy to watch.

I watched it with my first time watcher brother this time and we had a blast. It's overused as hell these days but Kill la Kill can truly be described as epic.

It is just absolutely dripping with style, the soundtrack and visuals are some of the most stunning I have ever seen and I can safely say, if you're watching and not getting pumped up there is something wrong with you.

I physically got goosebumps multiple times throughout when hearing that iconic "Don't lose your way" line from #Before My Body is Dry. The energy of the show is infectious, you come away from it feeling like you can do anything just so long as you put your mind to it.

Ridiculous/10, did not lose way, will probably watch again in a few years.

Very entertaining at times but it's still too over the top for me. Kill la Kill tries to be like #Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann on many levels but fails in my opinion.

It's weird to claim a recent show to be one of your favorites, especially one that only just finished airing not too long ago, but I had such a blast with this anime that I couldn't keep it off. This anime demonstrates why I love this groups work.

The fanservice is a bit ridiculous but the show is very entertaining and shows a lot of promise. I'll definitely keep watching it.
