It's episodes like this that make me seriously consider saying DS9 is better then TNG.

Garak is just the best, easily the best character out of DS9 for me - which really says a lot considering that he's a recurring character with only 37 appearances throughout the show (which showcases a glaring problem I have with DS9, but that is a post for another day)
