An old woman told me she used to get headaches, before hearing from someone else that these things (how do I accidentally alliterate so often) are often caused by citric acid. Well, I cut it out of my diet, and it's been a pretty long time since the last severe headache. Got a mild one today, but I mean, I used to never get "mild" headaches. "Mild" usually meant "in half an hour I'm gonna be in agony, find a cure quick." Let's see how this continues.

Also, my tinnitus got louder when my ears were cleared. Well that doesn't make sense. I'd expect that to make it easier to drown out!

While on the topic of my physical problems, my blindness has spread from my left eye, and now I'm completely and utterly blind. I didn't expect it to be pleasant, but to be honest, I'm really not enjoying this.

Lots of my headaches hurt behind my left eye, and also on the left side of my mouth. It's honestly been great for my dental hygiene, the dentist practically has nothing to scrape off during cleanings since my headaches have always made me feel like I have horrid cavities, causing me to keep them excessively clean.
I use these a lot. Always got one scraping the plaque off my teeth during one of these headaches. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000XP4I3C
Yep. Best teeth and gums around. All thanks to OW

I think it's been over 2 weeks since I've had a headache. That honestly just makes me nervous that they'll come back stronger than ever.
I used to get extreme headaches three times a week. Actually, I think last year they also cooled down during the summer.
    That's an odd trend.
Well, I've got a nice time to look forward to, what with global warming :p
