Well, this was a pretty short story. But hey, it's got science mumbo-jumbo and magic. And a cute girl(?) with blue pigtails. That's kewl.

Fault is the serial visual novel project from indie developer Alice In Dissonance. The story starts abruptly with some sort of magical war and two girls who warp to escape it. A lot of the fantasy concepts take time to explain, but it's a well-written story about two wandering girls searching for their way back home. The character designs and the artwork looks amazing. Unfortunately, this epic is taking a lot of time to produce. If this really is a multi-episode saga with no definite ending, Alice in Dissonance is sure taking their sweet time to release new episodes.
