Editing … Yup, 200 year old pies. I ate it and my character did nothing. I wanted a steam achievement just for getting one, it's as rare as a vegan that keeps their opinion to themselves.

Editing … You know what? A few days ago I have been preached to by a macho meat eater guy with pink hair about that people should eat less meat. Like when did that happen? I feel like I'm living in opposite world. Maybe it’s my fault maybe I should do my part and be the one preaching to restore the natural order of things. The world is a scary place.

Editing … We should definitely eat less meat, I agree with nearly everything parsnip shaggers say, except the part about not eating meat and fish at all.

Editing … You too? The world has become a sick place. lol. Why do you think people should eat less though? For health? From the ethical perspective it makes no sense to me to just eat less meat. The pink guy made that argument to some girl. He said he felt sorry for the animals so he would just eat less of them. If you think something is morally wrong, you don't just do less of it, you don't do it at all. That is what I would think anyways. I thought it was kinda weird. I just sat there clenching my vegan teeth.

Editing … I'm absolutely 100% on the side of nutrition. I knew a lot back doing MMA but I was so naturally light and still young that I didn't need to put effort in. Then I got to nearly 40 and I swore I'd get a 6 pack and that's the picture you see now. I know through trial and error and many years what nutrition is. Meat and fish are REQUIRED for an OPTIMUM diet. I eat mackerel every day even now I'm not training, fish oils have so many benefits. Too many carbs turn to sugars, so balance it. It's so easy to eat properly, I'll walk you through my profile pic at age 40. I had oats for breakfast, 40g with water not milk. 10am I'd have a sandwich, usually tuna, need to be looking at your carbs/protein balance, try ham or beef, but REAL meat, i love mackerel in olive oil just get some protein. Lunch I used to have sweet potatoes and cottage cheese or some kind of protein, pick your dish. But the carbs/protein balance is real. There's also different types of protein hence the cottage cheese choice instead of meat. Do rice and fish, chicken pasta whatever, just be aware of that balance. 3pm snack time - fruit! Bananas are great! If you do this all day you'll be hungry despite eating a lot because you ate the right things your body wanted. So for tea I let shit go wild, I'd have ANYTHING as long as it wasn't bad. For example I'd have a chicken curry with rice and chips. Or I'd have a full roast chicken dinner and just have a couple of roast potatoes and 1 yorkshire pudding and a bit of stuffing(all the veg though!). Or I'd have chilli con carne made with turkey mince so I'd get loads of portions for 3 days, and I make everything with fresh tomatoes, chilli, garlic, onion etc. It's so simple! But everybody just resorts to: BURGER FOR CHEAP OM NOM NOM! But eat less meat, live longer I guess. You need like, 1 portion of red meat and 2 white meat a week plus some fish. And lentils are good, and beans and rice make a comlete protein apparently... all I know is that I felt like fucking superman and there was no way on earth anybody 9st(57kg) could beat me, I was a machine. But my grandad was warned of red meat after his hear attack in 1990, I know all too much the dangers of too much, he ate cow pies my nana cooked everyday for 40 years. And once you get past the whole nutrition thing theres the land and stuff it takes to feed so many animals to feed every fat yank eating burgers. So yes, everybody should eat less meat. And if everybody actually took an interest in their health that would be great, but we all know it's 10% at the most and most of those will be done by January 12th because it's not easy or tasty.

Editing … "Eat less meat" heh. Part of the reason I started eating meat again last September is because I heard about the carnivore diet. (eating ONLY meat) I haven't actually done that 100%, but still, it did turn me on to the idea that maybe meat is beneficial after all, especially fish. Dem fatty acids. Though I had jarred sardines in rapeseed oil recently and I wonder if that does more harm than good because of the oil. See this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQmqVVmMB3k I'm extra cautious lately. I never buy meat with added sugars (common in deli meat. yuck.) I try to avoid meat with sodium nitrite and nitrate. even though it's apparently very common in things like sausages. I avoid dairy because my body seems to reject it, plus a lot of dairy contains sugar. (I was surprised by this.) I switched to drinking exclusively sugar free coca cola. It actually took me a while to open up to eating fruit regurarly because of the high sugar content, but I've decided the pros of fruit vastly outweight the cons. I've started to treat naturally occuring sugar and added sugars as being totally different. I still can't wrap my head around carbs however. Should I be mentally treating carbs as sugar? Is there a conversion table for that? (e.g. food with x carbs is equivalent to eating y grams of sugar) I don't get that..

Editing … Too many carbs turn to sugar Rukk, and you need to burn off the calories you eat or they will turn. You don't need to exercise just be active. And bad carbs do too. You need to eat good carbs and not too much - 50% of your diet should be carbs, 30% should be protein and 20% healthy fats. You won't just pick it up overnight, it takes months to learn the balance whilst finding the foods you like. I eat turkey sausages because they're miles more healthy, i will make a sausage casserole with loads of veg in and mash up some sweet potatoes and there's another good easy balanced meal. Bread can be bad carbs, that's why i only ever eat 2 slices a day, but don't shy away from "bad" stuff, just limit it, if your diet is a chore you'll quit so eat the damn sandwich if you want it, but stick fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onion and whatever in it too. As for sugar I don't, i might have 1 spoon of demerara in my coffee if I really fancy it. In my oats I pour in some honey and a spoon of cinnamon and that's it.

I've been playing with mods recently and it's really cool. You can get a mod to get modern weapons and kill those ghouls with an M4.

Editing … This game was probably a lot more fun with mods. I tried it on PS4 and I really hated the time limits on the quest system.

Hubs got a new PC and played around to see how Fallout 4 ran on it, and all it took was watching him play the opening sequence to make me boot up a new file myself. My character build, story choices, and romantic picks are probably going to turn out exactly the same, but what the hell.

There's a good deal on humble bumble atm for the game and the season pass. It's definitely worth picking up at that price if you haven't played it yet.

I'm in one of those moods today where I can't be arsed to do anything. Trying a Fallout 4 new game to see if that grabs me.

Fallout 4 is a great example of what a good world should look like it was very detailed and expansive with a good story and many options to choose how to play it was a great addition to the line up

haha... ha... I knew Bethesda was scummy enough to stage a hostile takeover and charge for mods, but... I really didn't think they'd do this http://store.steampowered.com/app/611660/
