I tend to watch every major animated movie shortly after it comes out. Sometimes when I want to see a movie I'm just in the mood for an easy watch, and usually animated movies, even at their worst, are still fine to sit through. However, I haven't found this to be true for Disney's (Walt Disney Animation Studios') recent output. So maybe I should just skip Wish? I definitely should've skipped Strange World.
You know what I wanted to see? That new TMNT. I was never into the series, but that movie looked good.

Went to Walt Disney World in Florida at the beginning of February with family. It was interesting but our group of 9 was too big. Spent more time trying to decide what to do or where someone went then enjoying things in the park but overall it was still positive. Going there though made me realize how much Disney I've missed out on and I really enjoyed some of the history stuff so when I got home I started watching Disney stuff in chronological order. 20 films in and wow, they really did revolutionize the way things were done. And the art is amazing, most of this stuff I watched back in VHS days but you really can appreciate the rescans in HD that Disney+ has to offer.

Wow, this Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser hotel experience looks like quite the steal. For Disney, I mean. Maybe not for the families who paid $6,000 to stay in one room.

Disney Plus is finally coming out in my country. I'm planning to give them all my money so that I can do Disney movie marathon with my girlfriend as well as finally getting into MCU again, since I only ever watched Phase 1 and the start of phase 2

There needs to be a "favorite Disney characters" list. Preferably not including IP Disney bought like Star Wars and Marvel

I don’t understand how the Pixar brand is worth almost twice as much as Lucasfilm.

edit: Aah, now I get it.

„The value of Lucasfilm is driven by only one franchise, albeit a big one. Pixar is a franchise-making machine that has continually churned out huge, worldwide hits at the box office based on completely different content."

Top 10 Favorite Disney/Pixar characters (yep, I gave in and started combining the two like everyone else):
    1. The Genie (Aladdin, he's like the animation equivalent of The Joker, everyone luvs him)
    2. The Shadowman (The Princess in the Frog, it's like they made that bug annoying just to make this guy more awesome)
    3. Linguini (Ratatouille)
    4. Dory (Finding Nemo)
    5. Tod, Copper, Chief, Amos Slade, Tweed (The Fox and the Hound, couldn't choose one, the characters compliment each other too well)
    6. Roger (One Hundred and One Dalmatians, I like the movie less after the first half hour when there's less of him)
    7. Jaq (Cinderella, the leader mouse with the red jacket, he's awesome)
    8. The Tramp (Lady and the Tramp)
    9. Hopper (A Bugs Life, "Did that hurt?" "Psh, no." "Well, how about this?")
    10. Jafar (Aladdin)

Editing … Hmm, I've never thought about this. Disney/Pixar have some great characters. I agree Genie's awesome, after that I like Baloo the Bear, Captain Hook, Carl Fredricksen, Woody, Timon & Pumba, Remy, Dory, Sully. It's interesting how Mickey Mouse is nobody's favourite but he's still their mascot.
