I mean in Red Dead 2 I spent two hours walking around looking for a bird to shoot for feathers to craft an item that I had no intention of using. Now I'm playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and while I was having fun throughout the story I've now started the collectathon and have started to lose the fun. I guess it's just a subset of FOMO.
