If you get hit while carrying a bulky weapon, you'll drop it, which can make you automatically switch to a healing item and accidentally use it because you were pressing square to attack and it's the same to heal. Awful, awful, awful. That, and the fact that the game seems to expect you to switch to new game plus mid game for some reason, killed a lot of my interest in continuing the game.

Just gave Katey her second Zombrex. This is a weird game, combining hardcore sim with silly hack and slash. It has an odd balance of tense and relaxing. I like that it has a very PS2 look. It's easy to see every detail on screen at once, which isn't true of a lot of AAA games of the past decade (or maybe I have below average eyesight or autism). I also like the main character, he's not as dumb as he looks. I appreciate the game's sense of humor too. I think with all the side quests the game ought to have more breathing room, it'd be nice if the clock moved a bit slower. Also, being able to set waypoints would've been great.

You're trapped in Las Vegas' little brother of a town. Unlike the first movie, you get experience points by combining neat weapons into AMAZING weapons and use all of these combinations to murder zombies and, psychopaths! This game is much larger than the original, there are more people who need to be saved, more weapons to use and, it's just a ton of fun: a must-play zombie-em-up.
