This feels almost like a Treasure game in how it shows off one cool effect after another, features varied level design with plenty of minor innovations and pushes the console to its limit. At its core it's an obvious homage to Mega Man, but each level has something new to offer and Bucky comes equipped with the ability to shoot up and down from the get go. Though it's rewarding to see what Konami were able to pull of with the then ageing NES hardware, towards the end it's possibly too frustrating for most to complete as the challenge focuses mostly on trial & error.
