Personally I don't think split cour series should have two pages because that was just "We are going to make this series and have a pre planned season break to spread the series over multiple anime seasons." Things like Pokémon, Natsume Yuujinchou, Sailor Moon, Mitsudomoe, Mushi-shi / whatever are different productions entirely and should have their own pages. It may be a bit arbitrary but I also think it should get a new page if the show has a gap and then renames itself on the season split like Owari no Seraph did.
