    Today is a carb loading day then, it's setting me up with energy for the week

    Back on 2k calories first thing tomorrow.

    Ugh, I've gone backwards in my quest, I look worse.

    I've started to get a pop out belly like back when I was fighting, which must be good for strength, but I want the flat stomach. I'll have to look into it online when I get chance.

    5'8" and currently 154 lbs, working on getting down to at least 140.

    We'll see if a sixpack emerges at that point. Think I'd probably have to push a bit further though, don't have much muscle mass.

    I've had to cut my calories from 2200 a day to 2000 since I now sit at a desk most of the day. I'm sad, I like my food.

    I will get a ripped 6 pack though, it's my goal and I will get there or die trying.

    Odyssey RPG Yea been there done that with the whole going crazy at the family party deal, and when I flip that switch to eating w/e I want, I go absolutely nuts haha. Sometimes you gotta live a little and cheat (or binge) and then afterwards you can get back on track.

    nodley Green Absolutely! I'd be miserable as f*** if I couldn't have a treat every now and then. I keep always trying to cheat myself though, I think "bollocks to the 6 pack, I@ll build massive muscle instead!" But if I change my goal just because the last bit is difficult I'll never achieve anything in life. I'll hit this 6 pack first, and then build.

    Odyssey RPG Yea exactly the last bit is the hardest part, I've never been below 10% bf because once I get around the 10-11% range I can't lift shit and at the end of the day I'm a powerlifter not a bodybuilder haha. Being big and having a 6 pack is extremely difficult and takes an enormous amount of dedication without being on gear. That being said, I still try to maintain a decent physique year round while gaining as much strength as possible.

    It's definitely more defined today, but that last bit of lower stomach fat is taking forever to lose. Today is only my 45th day since I started training and dieting so I've actually made amazing progress so be in this shape, especially since I've had beer every time England played in the World Cup.

    I've taken another step today. I've started making my oats with water instead of skimmed milk, my diet now is super clean. I WILL have a full 6 pack at age 40.

    Odyssey RPG I do a1/2 cup of oats + 1/2 cup of blueberries every morning with either a tbsp of honey or a scoop of protein powder depending on whether I scramble eggs with that or not. Can't go a morning without ma oats though!

    The top 4 are showing now, and if I pull down in the skin of my lower belly I can see the other 2. I'm not there yet but I'm not far off either.

    It was easier than I thought it would be, it's all about your diet, you don't even need to train abs.
