I still can't believe this was cut to only 20% of its original size

Man, I like browsing people's lists so I can find some new web shows to watch.
A shame no one will ever update their lists now that they're reduced to a top fucking 10 without honorable mentions.
That's only 20% of the list we're supposed to have.
We had a top 25 with honorable mentions.
The list was cut from 50 to 10.
    Shit site.

Editing … Yea, I have plenty of additions and adjustments to make especially for yearly and genre lists but at this point I'm just waiting for boosted lists. Once those get here I'll get to add and redo a bunch of stuff, should result in some fairly different lists with how much I've watched on played this summer.

Oh god, this got reduced to a top 10? I want to rank a new show on my list but I don't want to delete 40 other web shows...

Is this favorite Youtubers or favorite YouTube series? Like Total Biscuit, which is what's ranked, is a Youtuber but a series would be "WTF IS ?" A repeated show or video concept would be what I would figure would be ranked here.

Editing … Based on the system used on Favslist, "WTF Is...?" would probably be considered a sub-series of TotalBiscuit. I'd rank TB instead of "WTF Is...?" because I can avoid clutter by including a blanket item for all his content :p

Editing … I think it would be nice in the future to see a Favorite Youtubers list and a Favorite Youtube/Web Series list and kinda separate and better define each list.

Editing … That would work well. Currently my list includes plenty of YouTubers, as well as individual series like Jake and Amir or The Online Gamer, so the rules are a bit inconsistent there

That's a pretty solid top 4. Though not exactly in that order.

@Pape Badiane, will we have the ability to rate web shows /10, like we can with TV shows?

I'm so confused about the internet. Everyone I know including myself hates PewDiePie, and obviously Favslist isn't that big on him either. So, where in the fuck are the 22 million people that do like him?

Editing … PewDiePie is lowest common denominator pap. The people who like that are either too immature to stay here; they'd lack the attention span, or they're not admitting to liking it because they know it's crass and stupid. The guy himself though is quite a cool guy though who's raised a lot of money for charities. His show may be stupid but good on him for figuring out how to make money by being a professional fool on the internet.

#The Spoony Experiment could have easily been the greatest Web Show around. It's a shame that after 2009 (when he won the Mashable award) he fell short from his potential and his videos started to get derivative and predictable, although there are some exceptions like his FFX review, Highlander reviews and his Ultima retrospective.

Editing … Mostly love his stuff, it's too bad he has so much trouble with his health that he can't produce videos regularly. That and I wish he'd make more stuff about things he actually likes.

Editing … Well that would kind of defeat the purpose of the show, which is about an old school PC and RPG nerd going berzerk over some really bad games xD My problem is that after 2010 his stuff went seriously downhill with some exceptions...

      Big Boss
Editing … IDK, I think part of the problem of his later stuff is he wallows in the negativity to the point he isn't having fun with it anymore.

      Ulty
Editing … Well that's due to poor writing, which is related to his stuff going downhill. Where Spoony really shined was in the writing, his relentless jokes, references and constructive criticism are what made his show so funny and believable at the same time. He's done that brilliantly until 2010 IMO, but after that he stopped being funny and just became an annoying nitpicker...
