Worms Armageddon has taken its rightful place as best Turn-Based Strategy. Now it just needs to top the Best Overall Game list.

Editing … Worms as the best TBS game? Just no! Seriously it should go to a Sid Meier game!

Editing … The strategic elements are too limited for it to be #1. I love the game though and do have it on my list.

Editing … I think Worms has a really cool balance of strategy and simplicity. It's really easy for anyone to get into, but it also has a big level of depth to those who take the time to master it. And that's coming from someone who's put an embarrassingly large amount of hours into Civilization V.

Should this include SRPGs? Some of them are listed (Final Fantasy Tactics for example) while others aren't. If so, I suggest making games with the Gameplay > RPG > Tactical theme listable here. Some sites such as GameFAQs list SRPGs as turn-based strategy games.
