Heh, apparently Tommy Wiseau is better than Orson Welles. Makes sense. What did Welles ever make? Some boring old black and white in-depth character study that's experimentation in the realm of cinematography broke down cinematic storytelling barriers and is largely considered to be lightyears ahead of its time and possibly the greatest film ever made? Pfffft, lame. Now Tommy Wiseau's The Room? That's a good movie. Tenouttaten. Hundredouttahundred.

lol, Spielberg number one... He has one of the most inconsistent careers in movie history.

Editing … Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, ET, Temple of Doom, Empire of the Sun, The Last Crusade, Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, Minority Report, Catch Me If You Can, War Horse, Lincoln. That's a hell of a repertoire.

Editing … I don't even really like E.T., and Saving Private Ryan, while not bad, is excessively overrated. I don't care much for The Color Purple either, and don't forget that he did that War of the Worlds adaptation that just sucked.

Editing … Meh, even if you take away 2 of them he still has more awesome films than any other director and he's prolific enough I forgive him a few bad films. Hopefully Chris Nolan eventually surpasses him with the amount of awesome films he makes but he hasn't yet.

Editing … How about both? Yes, he does certainly have an incredibly varied filmography, but the quality of his movies ranges from abysmal to fantastic, at least for me.

Editing … Raiders of the Lost Ark is one of my favorite movies ever, but, like I said, War of the Worlds wasn't very good, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull wasn't much better.

Hmmm... Surprised I'm the only person with #Ben Affleck on my list so far. Not a huge fan of him as an actor, but he's a fantastic director and each of his movies has been at or near the top of my favorite movies that were released that year (Gone Baby Gone, The Town, and Argo)

Editing … I'll probably get lynched for saying this, but I don't really share the sort of enthusiasm many fellow film-lovers have for FMJ and Clockwork Orange either (though I hasten to add that I absolutely *loved* these films as a teenager). I still regard 2001 and The Shining as masterpieces, though.

Editing … I'm sure there will be a couple that list him as a goof. It's just too hard to imagine someone that genuinely takes pleasure in Uwe Boll flicks. Hehe...watch there be some weirdo parents that educate their kid with a box full of Uwe Boll bootlegs. His stuff isn't even "so bad, it's good" material. It truly is the stuff that you watch out of morbid curiosity, just to see if it REALLY is as awful as they say.
