Sure, I might've preferred #Another Earth and #Sound of My Voice to almost anything on this list, but I don't expect to be able to start up a conversation about them with anyone I run into, whereas anyone can agree "yea, Fury Road was excellent!"
Saved!Splatterhouse 5Editing … One of the worst, IMO. There's very little here that I'd get really excited about recommending to others. Actually, out of every year that we can rank here, this is the one that had me making the most reservations about what I'd consider a personal favorite. Well, enough to fill out a top ten, anyway.
Saved!Gries HeEditing … seems to get mixed reviews on amazon, but it has my favorite actor (Sean Penn) in it so I'm conflicted if I should watch this or not
Saved!UltyEditing … People usually call these movies out as pretentious and stuff, but I thought the movie was masterful. It's an artsy movie, tries to tell it's story differently than most films, so if you like that sort of movies you'll love it.
